Positive: From the first “hello,” we were treated like honored guests. Perched above the caldera, the rooms offered spectacular views of both Imerovigli and Fira, with an elegant, serene aesthetic. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room each morning; we were truly pampered. Everything rated a 10+, but the warm, attentive service, along with wonderful recommendations and genuine hospitality, made our stay truly exceptional.10++
